Kazakhstan, Astana, July 1 / Trend S.Suleymanov /

Participants if the third Astana Economic Forum decided to establish the International Centre for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) at the Astana Center for PPP.

"Thirty countries have already confirmed their entry into the International Centre for the PPP, whose office will be located in Astana," Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazakhstan Centre for PPP Bolat Smagulov said at the news conference.

"I believe the need for such a center, which would include the countries of both Europe and Asia, has arisen long ago, even three or four years ago. This is sound approach, when the state and business together can implement projects that will run on economic development of the two parts of the world," Head of the Cooperation and Partnership Section at the UN Economic Commission for Europe Geoffrey Hamilton said.

According to experts, the alliance of business and government is the best proof of confidence of business power. If there is such a structure, which unites the two parties for a common cause, it is only to be welcomed.
