Average prices in the land market of Baku in May, declined by 1,1 percent over one hundred square meters up to $14108 to $14265 in April, participants of property market public organization said.
Significant price decline was occurred in the Sabail district of Baku by 1,4 percent. The beginning of summer season also influenced on 0,2 percent increase in prices in the Khazar (former Azizbayov) district of Baku.
In May, the most expensive plot of land was offered in Nasimi district of Baku for $250,000 per one hundred square meters, the cheapest - for $ 350 per hundred square meters in the Absheron district of Baku.
