Baku to open Flame Tower

The Flame Tower, which is located opposite the parliament building (in place of the former hotel "Moscow"), symbolizes the eternal flame of Azerbaijan - the country's lights, the NGO Participants of the property market said in its Journal of "Emlak bazarı".
The total area of the complex, which will consist of three towers, is 234, 500 square meters. The first building of 33 floors will be residential and consist of 130 apartments.
The second tower - Northern will consist of 30 floors, and operate as a hotel with 250 rooms. The third tower - Western will consist of 28 floors, and operate as a business center.
Contractor Company DIA Holding Azerbaijan reported that the construction of the facility began in October 2007 and will end in April 2011.
