Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri will visit London July 7-8, where he will hold a so-called "roadshow" organized by JP Morgan. Gilauri will host a series of meetings with companies interested in Railway of Georgia eurobonds.
Railway of Georgia intends to place eurobonds worth $250 million on international financial markets, the PM's spokesman Nikoloz Mchedlishvili said.
"The eurobonds will have a 5-7-year term," he said.
The funds will be spent on building a bypass line in the Tbilisi suburbs. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development granted a 100-million-euro loan for the project.
