The WB new country manager Joseph Owen is preparing to take his powers, WB's Baku office said
Owen previously served as manager in Nicaragua. He arrived in Baku on Monday. He gets acquainted with the situation.
The term of a country manager is three years. But it may be extended for the fourth year. The current WB representative in Azerbaijan Gregory Jedzejczak performs these powers now for the fourth year. The term expires in August.
