The Azerbaijani State Property Committee prepared a tariff on work and services within the maintenance of a unified cadastre of real estate, and submitted it to the Azerbaijani Tariff Council for approval, the Committee said.
According to the report, the work began to create e-information cadastre database on 23,000 facilities, including state property and land plots.
The State Committee operated to obtain and analyze the documents and information within the registration of real estate, information obtained in the executive bodies. This information was put into a unified cadastre data base.
The work is underway to create digital cadastral maps of real estate within the WB project on property registration. They will cover four million hectares of Azerbaijani territory. Technical specifications and requirements were determined to prepare them. An international tender was announced. Tender bids are assessed now. Afterwards, the work will be conducted in this field.
A draft of regulations to attract private organizations, physical and legal entities to implement activities related to real estate cadastre was also prepared.
