The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered preference shares issue of Azerbaijani Leasing Company Ltd. "Qafqaz Lizinq" worth 408,000 manat, the Committee said.
The State Committee has registered 408 shares at par value of each 1,000 manat
At present, the company's authorized capital is 1.5 million manat. As a result of the placement, the company's capital will be raised to 1.9 million manat.
JSC "Qafqaz Lizinq" was established in October 2007. The Company's 100-percent of founder is NAB Group of Companies. The company services cover automobile sector, as well as construction, food, textile, tourism, agriculture, petrochemicals and other spheres.
The official exchange rate is 0.8 manat to $4 Nov. 4.
