The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of JSC "Azal Sigorta" in the amount of 8.137 million manat, the SSC said today.
Number of securities under this issue is 17,500 units with par nominal value of 465 manat each. Placement of shares will take place through conversion of the same number of shares with par value of 400 manat each. As a result of changes in par value of shares authorized capital will be increased by 1.137 million manat. At present, the authorized capital of Azal Sigorta is seven million manat.
Azal Sigorta, specializing in air transport insurance, was established in 1995. Founder of the company is CJSC "Azal".
The official exchange rate is 0.7995 manat to $1 Dec. 7.
