The Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents prevented the production of bread not meeting the requirements of the instrument documents, the state committee reported on Thursday.
The committee investigated compliance and the order of metrology and standards requirements in bread production in the company headed by individual M. Mammadov. The company is located in the Yasamal district of Baku. The study revealed poor sanitation situations in the enterprise, and non-compliance of raw material storage. The test center (AzTEST) revealed a discrepancy in product requirements of the instrument (GOST 27842-88).
During the monitoring company of Azeri Corek LTD, operating in the Sabail district of Baku, the committee non-fulfillment of technological rules and storage conditions of raw materials, there was revealed a 47.2 percent moisture level, which indicates a violation of regulatory requirements.
The monitoring at the company of Binegedi Corek LTD, operating in the Binagadi district of Baku, revealed the lack of conformity certificates and hygiene in the production of raw material products, sour cream and salt.
