In 2010, the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan created a Technical Committee for Food Standards (TC 07), Technical Committee on Environment (TC 09), Technical Committee on Information and Communication Technology (TC 05) and Technical Committee on Quality Management (TC 08), the State Committee's report on results of 2010 said.
In total, in 2010 the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan registered 162 national standards, 99 technical conditions, which is 270 percent more than those in 2009.
