Major French company AXA Group is interested in the Georgian insurance market. The company's representatives, who are studying the local market and business environment, are in Tbilisi.
During the visit the delegation will meet with representatives of the insurance industry and Insurance Supervisory Authority.

The company ranks first in the world for the number of attracted net premiums.
As a result of 2010, AXA Group revenues reached 50 billion euros, while net profit amounted to two billion euros.
