Roughly 954 illegal constructions must be immediately dismantled in the area of rail safety in Azerbaijan, the head of the press-service of Azerbaijan Railways Nadir Azmammadov said.
He said that according to the decision of the Commission of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Transport, 954 of 2,840 (2,302 - residential, 538 - non-residential) of illegal buildings found in the security zone of the railway must be eliminated immediately.
Roughly 881 of the total number of illegally constructed facilities fall to the houses, while the remaining 73 - for non-residential facilities.
He said that the Ministry of Transport has already provided the government with a list of these facilities. The actions will be taken in accordance with the decision of the government.
