He said at present earth-moving work is underway. Work within the construction of a 60-kilometer section will be held by Azerinshaatservis.

The total length of the road Baku-Russian border will be 192 kilometers, 132 of which have already been laid and commissioned.
As Azeryolservis Chief Javid Gurbanov said earlier plans include building two local roads along the concrete road, as movement along the concrete road to the Russian border will be only allowed on a fee basis.
"This as a pilot project and it will be the first paid road in Azerbaijan," Gurbanov said.
