Turkmencement produced 602,380 tons of cement from January to May 2011, Neutral Turkmenistan reported.
The growth rates hit 10.8 percent compared to the same period of last year.
The plant was built in 2005 as part of a project carried out by the Japanese Kawasaki. It covers an area of 100 hectares.
The cement plant in Bakharli produces three main kinds of cement.
