The state is selling the Kutaisi Sterling White Plant.
The Public Service Office will put the facility up for electronic auction, the Georgian Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry told Trend.
The cost of 608,089 ordinary shares of the plant is 1.6 million lari ($ 1 = 1.65 lari).
The bidding will be held on June 27.
