Iran has prepared bases of developing economic, commercial and industrial relations with Ecuador, Mehr News Agency reported quoting Deputy Minister of Industries and Mines for international affairs Ahmad Khadem Almaleh as saying.
"The Industrial and economic relations of Iran and Ecuador should be developed alongside political relations," he said at a meeting with Ecuadorian economic and politic delegation group.
"Iran's Industries and Mines Ministry offered to implement 5 projects in agricultural and food industries, civil, geology and mine fields in Ecuador and we hope to receive positive answer to start cooperation," he added.
The Ecuador delegation visited Iran Wednesday and expressed hope for joint cooperation between Iran and Ecuador private sector in joint economic and industrial projects.
