Foreign investors have recently shown great interest in real estate in Georgia. The highest activity is demonstrated by the citizens of Ukraine, Iran and Israel, director of the real estate agency "Bonus" Ilya Inashvili.
"Iranian citizens' interest in real estate in Tbilisi is an innovation for the Georgian market," he said. "But I can not say that their number exceeds the number of citizens of other countries."
There is demand for both residential and commercial areas.
