The Czech Pragoimex a.s. will supply 20 Vario LF trams worth $19.8 million to Uzbekistan in 2011-2012.
According to the contract signed between Tashelektrotrans and Pragoimex in early 2011, the first two trams will be delivered to Tashkent in September this year.
The supplies will be delivered through a loan from the Uzbek Reconstruction and Development Fund, provided for a 10-year period.
The total length of tram lines in Tashkent is 203 km.
