Azerbaijani State Customs Committee Head Aydin Aliyev stated today that Azerbaijan is unlikely to revise its customs tariffs in 2010.

"Today issues regarding the revision of customs tariffs for 2012 are not being discussed," he told journalists.

Aliyev said the Customs Committee has already launched work on forecasting the volume of transfers to the state budget for 2012.

"The work on forecasting the committee budget for 2012 is at a preliminary stage," he added.

The forecast on the committee's transfers to the 2011-state budget is set at $1.14 billion manat.

The State Customs Committee fulfilled 100.16 percent of the forecast by transferring 1.101.73 billion manat to the state budget in 2010, compared to the planned 1.1 billion manat.
