Former Head of the Azerbaijani National Confederation of Entrepreneurs Alakbar Mammadov was appointed as Adviser to the Minister of Taxes, Mammadov told Trend.
Alakbar Mammadov headed the confederation for 10 years until 2010.
He said that he has assumed his duties as adviser to the Minister of Taxes, in the ministry's international affairs and services rendered to taxpayers.
"We will continue working to attract foreigners to Azerbaijan and to improve the quality of services rendered to taxpayers," Mammadov said.
