Iran aims to explore trade relations with Pakistan, IRNA reported quoting Iran's Economy Minister Shamsoldin Hosseini as saying during his meeting with Pakistani counterpart in Washington.
"Iran insists to develop economy and trade relations with Pakistan," he said.
Hosseini noted possible installation of railway between Iran and Pakistan and cooperation in fighting money laundry.
Pakistani Economy Minister Abdul Hafeez Shaikh stressed on larger participation of private sectors in trade relations and absence of any limit for Iranian exporters.
He added Iran's engineers can join the infrastructural projects implemented in Pakistan, while the trade agreements will focus on national interests and reducing tariffs.
