Red ink in Georgia’s foreign trade turnover increases by 35 percent

Georgia's foreign trade turnover amounted to 8.258.8 billion in January-November 2011, Georgian National Statistics Service said on Friday.

According to the Georgian Statistics Service, in January-November 2011 Georgia exported goods worth 1.936.3 billion (a 39.8-percent increase during the year), and imported goods worth $6.322.5 billion (36.4 percent).

Red ink in Georgia's foreign trade turnover hit 4.386.2 billion (a 34.9-percent increase) over the first 11 months of 2011.
