Two delayed flights from Istanbul arrived in Baku, a Heydar Aliyev International Airport representative told Trend Tuesday.
J2 078 flight, which initially was to arrive at 3:30 am landed at 7:12 am, while TK 338 flight, which was to arrive at 4:10 am landed at 7:20 am.
The flights were delayed due to bad weather conditions at the departure point, an airport representative told Trend earlier.
As many as 184 flights were cancelled in Istanbul because of the strong snowfall on Monday. 34 of the flights are international. Snowfall began in Istanbul on Sunday evening.
The Istanbul authorities urge local citizens not to use without emergency individual transport during the next two days.
Significant part of Turkey has recently become in the power of cold weather and snowfall and stoppages in transport communication were observed in many provinces.
