Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has severely reprimanded the Minister of automobile transport of Turkmenistan Serdar Berkeliyev "for the improper discharge of official duties," the Turkmen government said on Friday.
The information also mentions an assumption by the minister, "the weakening of discipline and order in the institutions and enterprises of the Ministry and for the shortcomings in the work."
The same reprimand received Vice-Premier Nazarguly Shagulyev.
At the last meeting, the government noted that the growth rate of turnover for the Ministry of automobile transport in January 2012 was 104.5 percent, and transportation services for passengers - 101.6 percent.
