Kyrgyzstan and the World Bank (WB) discussed cooperation and joint projects during the meeting of Kyrgyz Economy and Antimonopoly Policy Minister Temir Sariyev with the WB expert on the Central Asia, the head of WB Capacity Building for Economic Management (CBEM) project Orkhan Nikshich, the Ministry reported on Friday.
At the meeting the sides discussed the issues of the CBEM project's implementation.
They stressed the positive results already achieved during the project implementation.
The aim of CBEM project, approved by WB's government in July, 2008 is to create and to conduct the institutionalization of the basis and potential of Kyrgyz economic policy's implementation.
The project supports the Kyrgyz government in the development and realization of country's economic policy to support economic growth and create stable and transparent business environment.
