Kyrgyz Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov has ordered an approval over a draft agreement on air services between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, the Kyrgyz government's website reported on Wednesday.
Babanov ordered the Kyrgyz Transport and Communications Minister Kalykbek Sultanov to sign a draft agreement on air services between the two countries on behalf of the Government of Kyrgyzstan. The agreement envisages making amendments and additions.
At present, air services between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan are carried out by bmi Airlines, following the London-Bishkek and Bishkek-London route with a stopover in Baku.
