Goods imported by Kazakhstan decrease and goods exported by Kazakhstan increase in prices in February, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported referring to the Kazakh Statistics Agency.

"Export prices rose by 1.4 percent in February compared to January, import prices decreased by 0.4 percent," the agency said.

Among exported goods, coal increased in price by 7.5 percent, copper - by 5 percent, lead - by 3.7 percent, aluminum - 3.6 percent, zinc - by 2.5 percent, tobacco - by 9.7 percent, cotton - by 7.6 percent, wool - by 2 percent, wheat - by 1.1 percent. Meanwhile, oil export decrease in price by 5.5 percent, gas condensate - by 4.8 percent, ferroalloys - by 2.2 percent, oil products- by 1.4 percent, liquefied propane and butane - by 1.2 percent.

The increase in prices on importing goods is following: chicken meat - 7.9 percent, sugar - 7.4 percent, coffee - 6.6 percent, footwear - 5.9 percent, rice - 3.7 percent, vegetable oil - 2,5 percent, medicines - by 2.2 percent. Meanwhile, tea rose in prices by 4.6 percent, fish - by 2.5 percent, dairy products - by 1.5 percent.
