Prices for building materials remained unchanged in April compared to the previous month, Property Market Participants organization said in the report, released on Saturday.
The average price increased by 0.1 percent compared to the beginning of the year and by one percent compared to the same period in 2011.
The share of domestic products in the total amount of building materials amounted to 53.1 percent.
Monitoring was conducted on 37 denominations and on 88 kinds of building materials.
According to a study, relative activation, typical for this season was observed on the market of building materials.
There was a reduction in price of wood, plywood, glass and other building materials in April.
