Georgia's state foreign debt as of May 31, 2012 amounted to $4.174.439 billion which is 0.04 per cent more compared to the same period of 2011, the Georgian Ministry of Finance said today.
About $3.633.728 billion of the total debt fell to the government's debt whilst $540,711 was the National Bank. The entire debt of the National Bank is a liability due to the IMF.
Georgia's debt to several countries is $634,954, of which the external debt formed from the sale of securities is $564,750 whilst that due to international organisations is $2.431 million.
