Iran-Singapore-China sea route to be launched soon

The Iran-Singapore-China sea route will soon be launched, IRNA reported.

Chief of Iran's Chabahar trade zone Masih Javadpour noted that Iran's route will be established from Chabahar port.

He also spoke about several new projects in the free trade zone, in particular noting the Iran-Afghanistan joint transport company establishment.

Also two new sea routes (Chabahar - Dubai, Chabahar - Oman) will be opened soon.

Chabahar free trade zone will also have its own oil-shipping terminal, and a special freezing storage for various goods.

Chabahar is a city in and capital of Chah Bahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. It is a free port (free trade zone) on the coast of the Gulf of Oman.

Chabahar is officially designated as a Free Trade and Industrial Zone by Iran's government. Due to its free trade zone status, the city has increased in significance in international trade.
