Some 75 percent of manufacturing units across Iran are grappling with financial problems, the Iranian deputy industry minister said on Monday.

Fakhreddin Molaii told the ILNA news agency that the administration is making every effort to resolve the problem.

In recent months, media have published news about the closing down of manufacturing units in Iran.

Due to the sanctions imposed on Iran, country has been experiencing rapid decrease of production in both oil and non-oil sectors. Lack of necessary investments and unstable currency rate has also contributed to the production downfalls.
