During expanded meeting of government in Ashkhabad Turkmen Ministry of Finance presented a report on preparation of state budget for 2013, an official Turkmen source reported on Saturday.

The general financial plan was conducted in cooperation with all ministries, institutions and local administrations.

"Country's state budget for this year is designed to support stable rates of economical growth, realization of country's extended potential, development of regions, provision of efficiency of state expenses and to increase welfare of Turkmen people", the ministry report states.

Local mass media has reported on Saturday that the president Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedow has approved the presented state budget project and sent it to the Parliament.

"We have to pay attention to settlement of social issues of regions, and firstly, to realization of 'General program on provision of population with drinking water", head of the state noted. Along with that, the president stressed necessity of increasing fund volumes allocated for construction of cultural and educational objects, as well as of modern houses.

Part of state budget is expected to be formed from such important production fields as oil and gas, chemistry, electric power, construction fields.
Industrial complex, transport, communications, textile and food industry are going to be further developed.

The state revenues are expected to rise due to development and activity stimulation of non governmental property companies, creation of favorable conditions for development of sectoral social fields.

Reportedly, the revenues of Turkmenistan's state budget within January July of 2012 were implemented by 125.6 percent, the expenditures - by 94.4 percent.

The plan on payment of all types of taxes to state budget has been accomplished.

According to the law on 'State budget of Turkmenistan in 2012', approved by the parliament, the revenues of state budget in 2012 amount to 74908.4 million manat, budget expenditure - to 76398,4 million manat.
