Launching the solvency case facility on Georgia's electronic system has been postponed for a year until Jan. 1, 2014.
According to the Georgian Parliament's decision, amendments to the law on the solvency case have been reflected.
The last convocation Parliament amended the law this summer. Accordingly, the electronic system on solvency should have been launched on January 1, 2013.
The publication and exchange of information between entities, documentation, and the sending, receiving and other actions are valid.
