The start of the OJSC's "Unibank" shares placement in the volume of 5,000,040 Manat is planned to be held starting December 26th, 2012, the BSE informed on Monday.
"Unibank" applied to CJSC "Baku Stock Exchange" (BSE) for the inclusion of its privileged registered book entry shares to the non-quotation list of the BSE," the BSE report says.
The quantity of shares released is 1,838,250 with a par value cost of 2.72 manat.
As a result, the placement of registered authorized capital will be increased from 56.565 to 61.565 million Manat.
The official exchange rate for December 24th is 0.7848 AZN / USD.
