The State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book entry shares of Azerbaijani Zaminbank with a volume of 10 million manat.
This was mentioned in a statement made by Baku Stock Exchange on Friday.
The prospectus includes 50 million shares at par value of 200 manat.
As a result of prospectus placement, the authorized capital of the bank will increase from 32.181 to 42.181 million manat.
The underwriter is the "Texnika Kapital Menecment".
Zaminbank was established on November 16 1992, based on license No15 of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, enabling fulfilment of all kinds of bank operations in national as well as in foreign currencies. Zaminbank currently owns 38 branches and 17 departments.
The official exchange rate for December 28 is 0,785 AZN / USD.
