RWE Dea AG has announced an international tender for the provision of field medical services and equipment.
Lot N1 - Field medical services (provision of personnel).
Lot N2 - Medical facilities (provision of medical equipment, medications, drugs and consumable/disposable products).
Information to be provided for a price quote.
Those invited to participate in the tender should submit price bids by 17:00 (local time) on
March 1, 2013 to the following e-mail address:

Technical proposal (in free form in accordance with the general form of the contractor).
Lot N1 - personal details of proposed candidates, indicating work experience in the relevant field;
- Evidence of qualifications and copies of certificates (corresponding to the volume of work);
- The nationality of the candidate.
Lot N2
- List of equipment with indication of the proposed materials (including type, manufacturer, quantity);
- The time required for the DAP-delivery to the field camp in Ekrem, Turkmenbaschi or Balkanabat, Balkan vealyat (region) Turkmenistan (incoterms 2012c).
Commercial offer including:
- Price offer (in accordance with the attached price list and prices);
- necessary changes to the provided draft contract (in accordance with the attached register of deviations from the contract, failure to mention the register will be considered as full acceptance of the draft project provided of the contract, and exclude any further discussions)
- Signed confidentiality agreement (in accordance with the attached template);
- Signed code of conduct form.
