"iPhone +" company accused the Georgian TV Company "Maestro" and the Georgian Public Broadcaster that they caused damage to its reputation, "iPhone +" company said on Monday.
According to "iPhone +", the files against the company were broadcast by "Maestro" and the Georgian Public Broadcaster on March 9, 2013. "iPhone +" company claims that it was done deliberately.
According to a statement, TV companies broadcast some individuals' statements. They said that "iPhone +" products are of poor quality. Moreover, no checks have been conducted.
"TV companies intentionally did not examine this issue and drew a conclusion from the statements of 2-3 dissatisfied customers," "iPhone +" said.
According to the statement, the TV companies' actions discredited "iPhone +" and grossly violated several paragraphs of Article 18 of the Georgian Civil Code.
