Kazakh National Economic Chamber Atameken Union proposes not to coordinate the construction projects which are under development to a state institution, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported with the reference to Atameken Union.
The Economic Chamber urges to examine the projects only during their acceptance.
According to Atameken, currently every construction project needs approval in several state agencies. Moreover the examination procedures repeat several times as they are the same in some state agencies.
Atameken also proposes to provide the entrepreneurs only with the lands, which have been permitted by the state agencies for construction.
"This measure will prevent chaotic construction, reduce the time and costs spend on obtaining the necessary documents, and minimize the corruption in this sphere," Atameken said.
