The personnel, resources and much more are required for this."

In general, the operations will be launched within the geological sphere development to improve the infrastructure and staff training.

"There are so many different types of laboratories," he said. "But we do not have them. It is impossible to work without them. The situation is the same with personnel and funding. Therefore, we are developing a program for 2015-2020, which envisages a high level of support. We will actively do this on the basis of new technologies, infrastructure. Geology now will be very important for the development of the economy, because most of the reserves are being developed. A base is required for the next 50-100 years."
