The Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) under the Central Bank placed five million manat in the sixth issue of interest bearing secured registered bonds, the fund said on Monday. The bonds worth five million manat were put up for auction, but demand exceeded supply by 3.94 per cent.
The bids were submitted by two investors to the sum of 5.197 million manat. The bond circulation term is November 6, 2022.
AMF registered an issue of secured bonds worth $40 million with a par value of 1,000 manat in the Azerbaijani State Securities Committee on December 21. The bonds worth 19 million manat of this issue have been placed.
The bond circulation period is 10 years with an annual interest rate of three per cent.
The official exchange rate is 0, 7846 AZN/USD on May 14.
