According to the report of the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance, Pasa Sıgorta led the ranking in terms of insurance fees collected in January-April 2013. Around 20 percent of premiums collected during this period fell to this company.
Azerbaijani State Insurance Commercial Company Azersıgorta (11 percent of all fees of the market) and AzSıgorta (8.5 percent) ranked the second and third respectively.

Pasha Sıgorta is the market leader also in terms of insurance claims. In January-April, the company paid 8.67 million manat, or over 22 percent of all claims during the reporting period.
It is followed by Ateshgah with 4.99 million manat (13.06 percent of total payments) and Azersıgorta with 4.13 million manat (over 10.8 percent).
The total amount of premiums of all insurance companies hit 138.71 million manat in January-April 2013 (a 20 percent growth per year) and claims hit 38.21 million manat (a 44.4 percent growth).
