Changes and improvements in the price and customer services strategy of FINCA Azerbaijan continue for the purpose of increasing customer service quality and efficiency. Next change is decrease of interest rate for small and medium entrepreneurs (SME) loans.
Now clients, who apply for a loan to FINCA Azerbaijan branches and sub-offices in more than 60 offices over the country, can obtain loans with more efficient conditions and in shorter period of time from USD 20,000 up to USD 100,000 with interest rate starting from 21% depending on the amount.
To improve the quality of financial services to small and medium entrepreneurs FINCA Azerbaijan lowered interest rates on all loan products in February and July of 2012.

Due to these continues changes in pricing and allocation of high importance to customer services, FINCA Azerbaijan could increase customer satisfaction significantly and become a financial services institution of a choice for small and medium size enterprenuers.
As a result of the success FINCA Azerbaijan was awarded with "Uğur-2012" and "Organization with exemplary customer complaints management mechanism" award by the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association" awards.
