Young entrepreneurs in Turkey will be exempt from payment of taxes during the first three years of their operations, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek said, CNN Türk reported on Wednesday.

According to the Minister, the Ministry will prepare a corresponding draft law, which will be then submitted to the parliament.

Under the bill, young businessmen under 29 years of age will be entitled to tax benefits in the form of tax exemptions during the first three years of operations, if they have not previously been engaged in entrepreneurship.

According to Simsek, in addition, the Ministry intends to ease taxes on agricultural companies.
