The State Committee for Securities (SCS) of Azerbaijan has registered the emission prospectus of ordinary nominal shares of the investment commercial bank, Nikoyl Bank, in the amount of 12 million manat, according to the report of State Committee for Securities posted on its official website on Thursday.
According to the report, the authorized capital will increase from the current 22.5 million manat to 34.5 million manat in this way. According to the data for the end of the first six months of 2013, the bank's aggregate capital hit 35.48 million manat and after capitalization its amount will be close to the new normative of the Central Bank in the amount of 50 million manat. The requirement will come into force from January 1, 2014.
Nikoyl Bank began operating in1997, when "Azerbaijan's Investment Company Nikoyl (AIC Nikoyl)". CJSC was established. Nikoyl AIC became the shareholder of "Ulpar" CB in 1998.
"Topaz Investment" company became the shareholder of Nikoyl ICB by buying its controlling share package in 2008. Currently, the share participation among the shareholders is as following: "Topaz investment - 56.3834 percent, Nikoyl CJSC - 28.7449, "Uralsib-Invest" Ltd. - 13.8717 percent, ISR Holding - 1 percent.
