The Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development has announced a tender for the purchase of electrotechnical operations at Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park in a 167.77 hectare area, the tender commission said today.
According to the report, the bids must be submitted to the office of "Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park" (address: Demirchi Tower, 37, Khojaly prospect, Baku) until November 13, 2013.
The bids will be opened in the office at 12:00 on November 14, 2013.

The Azerbaijani President's decree on the establishment of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park was issued in December 2011. According to the decree, the Ministry of Economic Development was instructed to implement measures that support the creation and development of production and processing areas related to the chemical industry at Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park to enhance the potential of the chemical industry, establish private enterprises in the field and obtain competitive products from local raw materials.
