The Azerbaijani Central bank (CBA) has announced a tender for the creation of 'Knowledge management systems', 'Portal research and financial literacy' as well as a studio for developing multimedia learning tools, according to a message from the Tender Commission published in official press on Thursday.
The cost of participation in the tender for each of the lots is 300 manat. Foreign bidders may pay for participation in U.S. dollars at the exchange rate of CBA on the day of payment.
Tender bids are valid until December 25 2013 and must be backed by a bank guarantee to the sum of one per cent of their value and should be submitted to the Tender Commission no later than 18:00 on November 12, 2013.
