Turkmenistan's Ministry of Railway Transport announces an international tender again.
The subject of the tender is to design and construct a reverse locomotive depot, a point of rearrangement of cars equipped with loading and unloading a container area and a number of administrative buildings at Etrek station Also a number of building work in the area of Akyayla station at the Bereket-Etrek section of the Gyzylgaya-Bereket-Etrek international railway in the direction of Turkmenistan-Iran.
The subject of the tender is also the completion of the design and construction of the facility that was constructed by 'Pars Energy' (Iran, Etrek station) Company before.
Those interested in participating in the tender should submit an application to participate in the tender to the Marketing Department of Turkmenistan's Ministry of Railway Transport, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details, a specification for the lot and technical requirements and obtain tender documents.

Pay 500 (five hundred) USD per lot. The account for transferring of money will be specified upon submitting a written application.
Packages with tender bids will be accepted for consideration after transferring the fee to the ministry's account.
Note: applications and tender documents will not be accepted from companies registered in countries with offshore zones.
Packages with tender bids will be accepted from 12:00 to 18:00 local time every day at 810 office of Turkmenistan's Ministry of Railway Transport.
Deadline for submission of tender bids is until 10.10.2013.
