Azerbaijan forecasts growth in net taxes’ specific weight in GDP to 7.6 per cent

The specific weight of net taxes on products and imports in Azerbaijan's GDP will rise from 6.1 per cent in 2012 to 7.6 per cent in 2017.

Azerbaijani government's forecast is reflected in the concept of country's socio-economic development in 2014 and in the next three years.

According to the forecast, in 2013 this figure will make up 6.6 per cent, in 2014 - 6.9 per cent, in 2015 - 7.3 per cent, and in 2016 - 7.4 per cent.

Real growth in net taxes is expected to reach 7.9 per cent in 2013 (8.2 per cent - in 2011 and seven per cent - in 2012), 9.6 per cent - in 2014, 8.4 per cent - in 2015, 8.8 percent - in 2016, 8.4 per cent - in 2017.

GDP generated by net taxes on products and imports will amount to 3.63 billion manats in 2013 (3.06 billion manats - in 2011, 3.32 billion manats - in 2012), 4.05 billion manats - in 2014, 4.33 billion manats - in 2015, 4.69 billion manats - in 2016, 5.14 billion manats - in 2017.
