Azerbaijani Investment Company forms authorized capital

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered uncertificated shares worth 100,000 manat of AZERBAIJAN GLOBAL INVESTMENTS company, the committee reported on Saturday.

By Abbas Akhundov - Trend: The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered uncertificated shares worth 100,000 manat of AZERBAIJAN GLOBAL INVESTMENTS company, the committee reported on Saturday.

Around 10,000 shares with par value of 10 manat were issued within the emission.

The official exchange rate is 0.7843 AZN/USD on Nov. 9.
