Turkmen Ministry of Railway Transport has announced an international tender.
The subject of the tender is the work on the project for construction of the Bereket - Etrek (Iranian- Turkmen border) railway.
The project envisages the signing of a "turnkey" contract for the completion of the remaining project and construction of the locomotive depot at Bereket station.
Period of delivery / construction period is 31 December 2014.
Bidders may obtain additional information and read the tender documents at the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan during working hours (9:00 to 17:00 local time), or send e-mail: [email protected].
The complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the below mentioned address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of $575.
The payment can be made by a cashier at the ministry or via money transfer to the bank account indicated below.
Applicants who transferred the money to the bank account of the ministry should send a payment receipt to the e-mail: [email protected].
The document will be sent to the applicant (or to its authorized representatives) directly or sent by e-mail (for applicants who have paid through bank transfers).
All tender bids should be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the amount of 2 percent of the tender price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and should be submitted to the below mentioned address till 15:00, February 14, 2014.
The tender bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who will choose to participate at the below mentioned address.
Late tender bids will not be accepted.
